Hope everyone in the Northeast is keeping warm out there! Today I'm going to share with you the first of five sunshine boxes that I am making for friends and family. I have seen these on Pinterest and have been wanting to do one ever since.

I believe I bought the boxes off of Esty. I've had them for awhile now so I don't exactly remember where I purchased them from. To decorate the outside of the boxes I used the Technique Tuesday Hello Sunshine stamp set. I wanted to use yellow for this box so I went with Mama Elephant Sunshine Ink and Ranger Dye Ink in Lemon Twist and Cheesepuff. The greeting on the sticker to close the box is from Hero Arts Share Acts of Kindess stamp set.

For the inside of the box I used shredded paper for on the bottom and then used yellow tissue paper to close everything up nicely. I included the following items inside the box:

Homemade card set

Peanut M&M's

Snack size pack of Butter Fingers

EOS lipbalm

Decorated Jewlery Dish

Tissues

Here is a closer look at the card set...

This is how everything looked once placed inside the box....

After I had everything placed just how I wanted it I folded over the tissue paper and added another handmade sticker using the Handmade Kindness stamp set.

I think this is such a cute gift to brighten someones day. This one will be going to my mom!
